The Chairman of Wanamandawa Group Waidya Shiromani, Justice of the Peace, Dr. P.J.Somaratne and Mrs. Somaratne established the Centre for the Treatment of Cattarh Diseases in 1960 at Puskoladeniya, Giriulla.
Wanamandawe Ayurvedic Medical Centre
Member of the second generation of Wanamandawa Dr.P.G. Anura Kumara Somaratne established the Wanamandawe Ayurvedic Medical Centre in 1988 at the Wanamandawa premises with traditional native medicine and modern ayurvedic cultural methods for the treatment of all diseases.
Wanamandawe Ayurvedic Drugs Manufactory
Launched in 1988 on the premises of Wanamandawa in line with the Wanamandawe Ayurvedic Medical Centre with the objective of producing and distributing high quality medicines in line with the traditional and modern Ayurvedic cultural methods, while preserving the properties of the traditional prescription system.
Wanamandawe Herbal Plantation Projects
As a solution to the shortage of raw materials which is a major problem faced in the production of Ayurvedic medicines and also for the production of high quality medicines, Herbal Plantation Projects were established at Horagolla & Habarana in 2005 with the objective of cultivating and conserving herbs identified in various parts of Sri Lanka.
Wanamandawa Somarathna Weda Medura
As a member of the second generation of Wanamandawa, Dr. Gayesha Sarangi Somaratne was established in Nalle in 2019 as a new subsidiary of Wanamandawa with traditional and modern Ayurvedic treatments.
Wanamandawa Native Ayurvedic Drugs Manufactory
After the demise of his father and elder brother, Dr. Somaratne Mallawarachchi took over the management of the Wanamandawe Ayurvedic Company, and he was established the newest subsidiary of Wanamandawa at Horagolla in 2020 under his own management directing.

Member of third generation of Wanamandawe Ms. Anuradha Somarathne launched her own Luxury Brand of Swasti Ayurveda which offers a variety of luxury artisan Ayurvedic Products handcrafted with extreme attention to detail purely using nature derived infusions in 2020 at Horagolla Giriulla
